sales and services organization dedicated to search engine marketing
solutions for its clients with its AvalancheSearch.com service.

On June 1, 2001, Bruce Lamb took over managerial
control of all Avalanche Networks Corporation operations.
Bruce began working in the Information Technology business in 1985. Before joining Avalanche Networks Corporation, Bruce built Automated
Design Systems from scratch (1988) to a peak year of over $7 million
in annual revenue (F1999) with 12 offices stretching from Ottawa to Victoria. In 1996, when the World Wide Web
began becoming more personalized and popular, Bruce developed an interest in Search Engine Marketing, believing that
there was an extremely good opportunity laying before him.
Bruce holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from
the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario,
and is also an accomplished programmer.
Jennifer Lamb manages the financial responsibilities of the company. Jenny also holds
an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
She is known and respected by suppliers for her tenacious approach to billing issues, and by customers for her 'take
no prisoners' approach to accounts receivable collection, as evidenced
by a bad debt ratio that is consistently less than one tenth of
one percent!
Rob Parker oversees SEO/SEM, Search Engine Optimization/Marketing of client sites. Search Engine Marketing is never just a one time initiative. Rob ensures that customers maintain and improve upon
their first page placement on the major search engines.
